CCTV ERP (cctverp.com) is operated by SnxwFairies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), India. CCTV ERP is a multi-tenant business platform: the companies that sign up ("tenants") use it to run their own CCTV / electronic-security integration business, and their staff and customers interact with it as end users of that tenant's account.
Account data — the tenant company's registration details, billing contact, and the login details (name, email, phone) of the people it invites as users. We are the data controller for this data: we use it to operate accounts, billing and support, and to secure sign-in.
Tenant business data — everything a tenant and its users enter to run their business: customers, leads, quotations, purchase orders, inventory, projects, HR and finance records. This belongs to the tenant. We process it only to provide the service the tenant configured (storage, the features they use, scheduled reports and reminders they turned on) and do not use it for our own purposes, such as marketing to a tenant's customers.
To provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, send service and billing communications, respond to support requests, run the automated jobs a tenant has enabled (such as scheduled reports or AMC renewal reminders), and to keep the platform secure.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing), bound to use it only to provide that service, or where required by law.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing depends on it. A tenant's own end users should first contact that tenant, as the tenant controls its own business data; for account-level requests, contact us below.
Where enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service that sets no cookies. No other analytics runs. We do set one essential cookie: an HttpOnly session cookie created when you sign in, used only to keep you authenticated — nothing is set for a visitor browsing the site who has not signed in.
We keep account and tenant business data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations, and apply access controls and encryption in transit to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim a specific security certification.
