These terms govern access to and use of CCTV ERP (cctverp.com), operated by SnxwFairies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, the company that signs up ("tenant") and its authorised users agree to these terms.
CCTV ERP is a multi-tenant ERP for CCTV / electronic-security system integrators, covering CRM, sales, procurement, inventory, projects, HR and finance. Each tenant's data is kept in its own database and is accessible only to that tenant's authorised users and to us, as needed to operate and support the service.
A tenant is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters, for the conduct of the users it invites, and for keeping login credentials confidential. We may suspend an account for activity that threatens the security or availability of the platform, or that violates these terms.
A tenant owns the business data it enters into the platform (customers, projects, invoices and the rest). We process that data to provide the service the tenant has configured and do not claim ownership of it. On account closure, a tenant may request an export of its data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
Fees, free-tier limits and billing cycles are as shown on the pricing section of this site at the time of sign-up. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We do not claim any specific uptime commitment or certification.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
